Submission Deadline for Completion Forms – Incomplete (INC) Grades May 30, 2025

Attention, Ascotians! If you received an INC grade in the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024, now is your chance to complete your requirements.
Please coordinate with your instructors or professors to complete your requirements and to finalize your grade. Subsequently, submit your completed grade to the Registrar’s office.

Avoid waiting until the last minute. Be sure to fulfill your requirements before the deadline to prevent any academic delays.
